With the economy, DIY projects, Pinterest and easily shared ideas through the internet, the DIY, homemade look is and has been trending. Who knows when it'll fade out, but I think the appreciation for calligraphy and wedding invitation calligraphers has shot through the roof. So many people having taken to practicing and honing on this skill and some have become so good at it that's they have left their jobs just because they are making just as much money.
